Processing Time
Orders are processed minutes after purchase confirmation. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options including standard, express, and overnight shipping via trusted courier services (GIG, GUO, PeaceMass , trusted Park etc).
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery method selected, the size of the order, and the destination.
Free standard shipping is offered on orders over ₦150,000.
Damage or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery. Provide a detailed description of the damage, along with photos, to help us resolve the issue promptly.

Changes
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopwithescy.com. We can accommodate changes only if your order has not yet been shipped.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes once they have been shipped.
